HAMPTON COURT PALACE FLOWER SHOW 2004

Hutchinsons were commissioned by two local designers to advise and then build a contemporary courtyard show garden at this highly prestigious event.

The semi formal design received much critical acclaim amongst the voting press and television experts, with favourable write-ups and on screen coverage by the BBC's film crew rewarding our efforts. The judges were impressed with the scheme, awarding the garden a bronze in the highly competitive small garden category. Indeed their written report made further positive comments regarding the quality of the garden's construction.

After such an encouraging introduction to one of the top horticultural competitions in the country, plans are being compiled for a return this year to promote an international importer of natural stone products, Global Stone.
