Hutchinsons Landscapes offer a complete design & build package, whereby we combine clients' ideas & designs with our experience to create a unique outside living area which will be enjoyed for years into the future.

THE DESIGN PACKAGE

Initial Site Visit

A preliminary consultation to meet on site and discuss initial ideas and client requirements. We make no charge for this first meeting but agree a fee at this stage for the remaining survey and design work.

Site Survey

A record of the site, detailing all relevant information such as boundaries, existing features for retention / removal, aspect, access, etc.

Concept Drawing

A rough scaled drawing of the design is presented at The Landscape Studio allowing the final refining details to be discussed. This visit to the nursery is also an opportunity to view and select materials.

Final Drawing

The finished, fully annotated working drawing will be producd and sent with an estimate of the construction costs.

Acceptance and Installation

Upon receipt of a signed copy of our estimate, we will enter your project into our work schedule and inform you of an approximate start date. If this confirmation is returned to us within 3 months of the final design being submitted we will then waive the design fee.
